all the small lines - how are they formed in adults?
Hi everyone,
I've been doing some research into how lines are formed from an anatomical point of view and I've found that at least the major lines are caused by the skin being attached to the material underneath to prevent slipping and sliding when we grip things - I can't remember the exact terms right now though.
But I was wondering about all the other little lines that form all over the palm. Is something similar happening with those just on a smaller scale? And if that's the case, why do they change? It is the result of growth or using the hand in different ways?

Hi Wanderer78,
Change is the law of Nature. A person cannot remain constantly in a single make-up of mind for a very long period. The lines on your palms reveal your unique style of feeling, thinking, behaving and communicating at present.
The changes in the minor or influence lines are very common. A lot of people may see those changes happen on their palms within only a couple of weeks.
Change in the lines on your palms of the hands response to the change in your thinking, acts, and health conditions.
The brain produces controls or changes the lines on the hands. Your mind or brain is the sole source, which produces and controls the appearance and disappearance of the lines on your palms of the hands. Mind controls all this system whether conscious or unconscious.
The Changing Lines on your palms of the hands are the barometers of your progress or deterioration. So we cannot say that it is the result of ‘growth’ only. I am of the opinion that these minor lines do not change by using the hands in different or particular ways.

Thank you Parender!
So I guess this rules out any fortune telling (future prediction) aspect in many ways.
However is there absolutely no physiological/anatomical explanation for these? As in a process within the hand itself? Since the brain ultimately governs all of our body, would such changes be limited to the palm?
Many thanks again.
