Fa Ling lines

Post  zaobhand on Thu Mar 22, 2012 10:57 pm

Fa Ling lines reflect purpose according to Chinese face reading, and are a positive sign. They form at the inner interface of the cheeks between the nose and mouth. A very preliminary examination of a few charts suggests that a Fa Ling line can be correlated with a strong Saturn (fate) line. See Yasser Arafat for example (strong purpose with wrong means). Any thoughts?

do you have a drawing to show example? Not quite sure which crease you mean. I used to have a Chinese face reading book, I remember some interesting points from it.

I think that these creases don't usually appear until the person has reached a certain age, unless the skin has aged prematurely, so it might be difficult to compare with a Saturn line on most people. But definitely an interesting subject!

They can show also at a young age. I think it is not necessarily a line but the inner interface of the cheeks by the lower nose / philtrum.

I will definitely start looking closer at peoples faces for this line, thanks! Lips and eyebrows usually what stand out, but now I might look a bit deeper.
