Hi,
We often use these terms while explaining the behavior of people during hand reading sessions. Many times, we ourselves( atleast, true for me) havn't distinguished the meaning of the word in itself. For ex: empathy( which is indicated by solomon ring)/sympathy(which can be read on mount of venus)/compassion(mount of venus); So, I thot of finding out the meaning of some of the very common words often used and here is the list I prepared for myself from http://www.thefreedictionary.com.

Hope this wil be helpful to many here.

Tension - Mental/emotional/nervous strain/stress

Worry - To feel uneasy or concerned about something;To cause to feel anxious, distressed,or troubled.

Anxious - Uneasy and apprehensive about an uncertain event or matter
Stressed out - To subject to or undergo extreme stress, as from working too much.

Fantasy - The creative imagination; unrestrained fancy; An imagined event or sequence of mental images, such as a daydream, usually fulfilling a wish or psychological need.
Imagination - The formation of a mental image of something that is neither perceived as real nor present to the senses.

Emotion - A mental state that arises spontaneously rather than through conscious effort and is often accompanied by physiological changes; The part of the consciousness that involves feeling; sensibility

Feeling - An affective state of consciousness, such as that resulting from emotions,
sentiments, or desires

Affective - Influenced by or resulting from the emotions; Concerned with or arousing feelings or emotions; emotional.

Sympathy - A feeling or an expression of pity or sorrow for the distress of another;

Empathy - Identification with and understanding of another's situation, feelings, and motives.

Compassion - Deep awareness of the suffering of another coupled with the wish to relieve it.

Pity - Sympathy and sorrow aroused by the misfortune or suffering of another; A matter of regret
