HANDS IN SCRIPTURE - Pastor Larry Wood presents a new paradigma for spiritual thinking!

I would like to introduce here the work of Larry Wood, a pastor from the region Zebulun at the east coast of Florida, who launched in 2002 a new paradigma for spiritual thinking - based on the hands!!



Pastor Larry Wood writes in the preview of his 'Hands in Scripture':

"The human hands as the creation of God are full of symbolic meaning. God made the hands and placed His stamp of approval upon them. He gave each hand a unique identity. No two sets of fingerprints are the same. But do the fingerprints reveal anything other than strange patterns? Each hand has 5 fingers, the number for grace."

"There are strange lines in the palm, which are similar in everyone, and yet with subtle variations. There are a multitude of marks in the palm. Some appear to be symbols of crosses, pits, mounds, spots, and circles. Is there intelligence in these markings? What do they mean? Did God intend for us to understand our own hands?"

Hi Martyn,

I was fascinated by the ideas and many of the quotes to arise on his website, for they directly reflected verses from the Bible to the hands. So many of those verses are famiiliar and when taken in this perspective, are truelly engaging ideas.

There is so much sceptism about what is involved in hand reading and it was funny to see that in the Bible, some of the most obvious meanings had been visible all along .. just like the lines on our hands.. but we could not read/understand them.

Anyway, a very thought provoking article by the author.
