"HEAR THE WORLD" - Famous hands & ears!

How loud is your city? Rush-hour traffic, road works, public transport, crowds of people – the noise of the city can reach dangerously high levels of up to 100 decibels. City residents, constantly exposed to sound levels over 80 decibels, run the risk of developing irreparable hearing loss. Hear the World has been in several metropolises like New York, London and Berlin to find out how loud the cities really are. The photos were made by singer Bryan Adams.

For once, I wasn't so much focussed on the hands, I paid more attention to the captions.
I liked best Charlie Siem, volinist, who mentioned "kids who do not have the gift of hearing". I feel very fortunate that I have this gift of hearing.

On second look at the link of ' famous ambassadors' - interesting to notice the "signature of the fingers" eg how Lindsay Lohan and Amy Winehouse keep their hands curled in/hidden more than the others, Harry Belafonte's wide set mercury, etc.
