How to consider the qualitative and chronological significance of the lines?

Hi,
How to consider the qualitative and the chronological significance of the head line? Let me explain this qtn with an example. Consider a headline having an island under the Earth finger's section. The age of the owner is around 60. How to interpret this?
a) The owner is confused and worried on the issues which are related to security, family, money and career? (QUALITATIVE APPROACH)
b) The owner had these issues in his 24-30 age? (CHRONOLOGICAL APPROACH)

hmm Kiran, I see that the person might have had those qualities in their way of thinking around the chronological times mentioned but I wonder if those qualities still prevail as life and circumstances move on and still affect the way of thinking at say 60, what do you think?

In my opinion, both qualitative and chronological aspects have the impact.

Since, the headline now has an island, irrespective of the age of the owner, the owner still carries these problems. However, he is deeply troubled during that time period.
Why do you think that the qualitative aspects of this island should not be considered?

mmm I think I was just being a bit too black and white about it Kiran, Of course this island affects future thinking, I suppose I hadn't considered that aspect because those traits would have showed up elsewhere in the hand as an overall trait, but you have highlighted the need to include and consider that island more fully as a quality of the persons future thinking style.
