Hello SGM,
Sorry, I have to pass on your request... this Hughe Hefner usually has his hands on the hips of just another wanna-be 'playboy-bunny' - so it is very hard to find a nice picture of his hands (if there are any).
So, I found not much more than the following photos....

... Hugh Hefner (founder & owner of the Playboy Mansion - see the 2nd photo below) is probably the most famous 'womanizer' that is still alive today:
(In the perspective of the recent Korean study about finger length & penis size... his 'digit ratio' looks pretty low for a 'white' man)
Anyway... the 'Huge' Heffner is pretty funny in this Bavaria commercial:___________________________________________
