Hi

Just wondering if anyone has read Moshe Zwang's studies/information on palmistry, and if so what your opinion is? It seems he is known more for his palm therapy work in which he applies his palmistry knowledge.

I found this from Kenneth Lagerstrom's site.

http://www.humanhand.com/palmtherapy.html

Sounds like he was well respected and recognized "In a previous HumanHand.com Newsletter, Moshe Zwang was named as one of the three greatest contributers to Hand Analysis in the 20th Century."

Anyone

I noticed earlier that Martijn asked a question on facebook & someone replied that Moshe Zwang died a few years ago (?) Sorry to hear it, I would have loved to speak to him! I have his book "Palm Therapy" but have never read it in any depth. I remember seeing some online videos (maybe on his website which no longer exists) about how palm therapy works and it seems amazing. I wish I could have learnt from him.

Hi Tap & Lynn,

Lynn - Thanks for delevering the sad 'news' (though for me this news was a confirmation of what I had considered as a possible explanation for the fact that his website suddenly had disappeared).

Anat also mentioned that he only left a large number of 'practitioners', no teachers who could step into his shoes.

Tap - I have a copy of Moshe Zwang's book; though it counts many pages, I think it requires a good instructor (tough I am aware that in Canada, Germany, and Israel there are quite a few palm therapy practitioners... after Anat's info I am not sure that anyone could do that like Moshe Zwang has done during a significant of his life).

PS. On my website I present an overview of some articles about & related to palmtherapy; I can especially recommend the following article - which also includes a study from a hospital in Israel:

That is very sad. No one to continue his teaching? Maybe the guy was ahead of his time. From the little I know about it, Palm Therapy sounded a very promising idea that I would love to learn more about. Agree with Martijn that, although I have the book, it would be nice to have some teacher guide me thru it.

Thanks Lynn and Martijn

A few years ago I read the information on Kenneth Lagerstrom's site and download the book from the palmtheraphy site. At that time I had collected so much information that I just glanced through it then. Today I found it in my files and read through it a little better. He seemed to state some differences in his palmistry section. Anyhow when I went to see more about it/google it I noticed the site was gone and the only information I could find was from quite awhile ago. Thanks for the links Martijn. Interesting study.
