King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (new king of Saudi-Arabia)

Not sure which hand this is because the same picture appears both like this and as a mirror image.  But sure looks like a nice simian line.

Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (who became the new King of Saudi-Arabia today) definitely has a simian line in his right hand; here's another picture (see below).

Does he have high 2D:4D ratio? Is this a water hand or fire hand?

Well... yes, the man for sure has a high 2d:4d digit ratio; his middle finger is clearly shorter than his palm (see the first photo below) width and therefore his hand type is more likely a fire hand.

PS. In some of the photos the palm is not presented frontal to the camera and therefore it may appear that he has long fingers (see 2nd photo below), but the first photo below sort of proofs that his middle finger is clearly shorter than the width of his palm.
