WHY DO PEOPLE FAIL IN WHATEVER THEY DO AND SWITCH FROM ONE CAREER TO ANOTHER

There are innumerable combinations of reasons for this as there are people in the world. The inference is drawn  from my observation, knowledge and experience.

1. Karmic Patterns of individual problems recurring through past lives.

2. Lack of  true parental guidance since childhood. Direct or  indirect influence of parent's personal ideas, expectations, deeds and actions.

3. Lack of awareness of one's own talents, capabilities, inclinations, shortcomings and lack of Will to improve upon oneself.

4. Lack of a definite goal which leads to lack of focus.  The importance of having a purpose or a definite goal comes only after suffering one's own failures leading to an unflinching desire to succeed.

5. Impatience, wrong intentions to acquire easy money and power which is due to lack of knowledge of what true success is and laziness for hard work.

6. Fear of failure, low confidence, lack of courage, conviction and perseverance.

7. Lack of "love for work" or lack in finding constant enjoyment in the work itself.

8. To desire and want "the thing" more than anything else in the world.

True Success is being a good human being, good citizen, good leader/employer/ family    member, responsible parent and an individual along with excellence in one's own field of work.

An example of non-success

Post  rajashri on Tue Sep 15, 2015 9:14 am

One famous celebrity I would like to mention as an example was Michael Jackson (one of my favorites), who we all know to be a highly talented person in the world of Music and Dance during his times,.........and one who cannot be called truly successful because of his own psychological and health problems and addictions which lead him to his demise at an earlier than average age.

Therefore True Success does not mean being famous and rich only, it means an all-round success which is certainly possible if we work towards it.
