MICHAEL JACKSON - A tribute to the hands of 'The King op Pop'! Michael-jackson-hand-cast-2

Hand cast of Michael Jackson's right hand.

In my 'ode' to the hands of Michael Jackson I have presented not only an analysis of his hands + an interpretation of the most remarkable hand characteristics (including e.g. a double head line), the article also includes the story behind his hand glove and many more surprizing stories about his hands:

MICHAEL JACKSON - A tribute to the hands of 'The King op Pop'! 478581 ... during the past year I have seen quite a lot of photos of Michael Jackson's hands, but the one below is definitely one of the most fascinating one:

Michael Jackson holding a small mirror - taken at his estate, Neverland.

(Coincidently I found the picture a few months ago in a magazine that I spotted at my partents' home; it's probably a reminder to his song 'Man In The Mirror', 1988)

I hope you will enjoy it as well...

The hand cast image of MJ's hand is fantastic and rich in detail. I have to say that I've always been fascinated by him and his life (even the latter day 'Wacko years', lol).

His thumb is high-set, which can point to a certain reserve emotionally.

He has many lines on his Moon/Luna Mount, indicating the overseas influences throughout his life, and there's a line that appears to be a Sun/Apollo line originating there also. His well-marked Moon Mount would also point to being creatively inspired, and many artist types do tend to have a strong Mount of the Moon.

I wonder if he has the Via Lascivia (or 'Poison Line') in this area? It would be a pertinent feature considering his alleged reliance on many medications towards the end of his life.. I need to look again...

RE: his double head line. I remember reading before that Martin Scorcese was astonished by how quickly MJ picked up dance moves and directions accurately when he was directing him in the video for 'Bad'. I imagine that a double head line enables the person to not only perceive themselves and their role, but to also perceive others and exactly what they ask of them. Being able to see two sides of any situation, in other words. I'm sure MJ was a lot more intellectually astute and shrewd than he was portrayed to be.

His heart line looks quite dominant in his hand and betrays a soft heart.

His palm in general looks quite 'busy', inferring that he had a lot going on inwardly. I see that he has a multitude of bars running up each of his fingers, which is normally interpreted as someone who is overworked and depleted. These markings are interpreted differently when they appear on the hands of, say, healers, or physical therapists, who would tend to give out a lot of energy via their work (as revealed by the upward-running lines on the fingertips).

The photo of MJ holding the mirror at Neverland is an interesting one! In many ways, he still remains a total engima to me. He may not even have known, or understood, himself fully himself wheh he was alive. We'll never know for certain though...

MICHAEL JACKSON - A tribute to the hands of 'The King op Pop'! Empty interesting

Post  kicksotic Sun Jul 29, 2012 11:51 pm

Just noticed this Posting. Interesting analysis about an undoubtedly interesting palm.

About the Apollo Line, though, I see it -- fairly strongly -- originating as a Line of Influence from the Mount of Venus. You can clearly see the line as it begins near the thumb, shoots across the Mount of Venus and over the Life Line and then swoops up -- over the drooping Head Line -- to become the Apollo line.

There is a line -- perhaps a few -- from the Mount of Luna that join it, perhaps. But I, for some reason, can't escape that Line of Influence. It really is one continuous line whereas the major line from Luna -- perhaps the one you're mentioning -- appears to run smack into the Mercury Line before picking up and continuing.

I also notice a distinct absence of the Fate Line once we're past the Heart Line. It's as if the Apollo Line -- or Sun Line -- and the Line of Mercury pick up the slack. And the heavy branch from the Head Line -- or maybe the Fate Line? -- onto the Mount of Mercury, joining the end of his Line of Mercury, indicates, for me, his famous success with publishing (the majority of his wealth was in the publishing of his own songs as well as owning the majority of the Beatles Catalogue, I think).

And did anyone else notice what looks like a bit of breakage or confusion on his Life Line about 2/3rds of the way down? Interesting.

Anyway, thought I'd share my amateur thoughts, even if the topic was for 2010. Thumbs up!

Jonathan
