HOLD UP (JOKE)
A tea party in honour of freedom fighters was in progress at Giani Zail Singh's house.
Two other former Presidents, Neelam Sanjiva Reddy and R. Venkataraman were also present. Suddenly a group of terrorists took over the party. They lined up all the three former Presidents for execution.
As the firing squad got ready, Sanjiva Reddy yelled, "Earthquake!" and escaped in a commotion that followed.
The executioners got ready again, and as they took aim, Venkataraman shouted, "Flood!" and he too escaped in the confusion.
As the firing squad lined for the third time, Zail Singh decided to try the same idea and yelled, "Fire !!!!!"

Re: HOLD UP (JOKE)
Yes, if I were among the administrators I would have certainly requested to please HOLD UP this bombardment at least for the time being because this is proving ineffectual and I think too much of everything is bad. It can be done later too. The core aim of this forum is subsided. Don’t mind.

For Jokes we can have a different forum
Dear Mr Pravin,
I am not an administator. But had I been one ,probably I would have not let someone crack too many jokes. This I think is a serious forum and for jokes we can probably google them out.Bear me on this but please let Palmistry forum be of some serious thought processess.
Regards

Re: HOLD UP (JOKE)
Dear Pravin Kumar,
Sharing 1 or 2 jokes per day is okay... but sharing many more within just one or two hours usually results in the unwanted side-effect that the 'lastest topics'-tool becomes hijacked by your jokes!
So, I understand the thoughts shared by Parender & Ramn, and I want you to know that I share their wories.
I hope you will be able consider a little bit more the side-effects of posting too many jokes.
Still... cracking a joke for once in a while is just fine!

Jokes
Dear Friends,
I am sorry if posting of Jokes has hurt the sentiments of any person. That was not my intention. When I initially posted them I saw people taking interest in them because of the hits against each joke and hence I continued.
Anyway I will stop posting them in future. I do not know why Funny Jokes columns were made in such a Serious Forum. Life is not always being serious. It is mixture of both Seriousness and Happiness (Saturn and Apollo).

Anything let loose can create chaos
Dear Mr Pravin,
Excuses if anything of my words hurt you.The intention was clear that anything let loose can welcome hosts of spams and non serious users.Since you are a seasoned palmist anything too funny and contagious may reduce much of the seriousness attached to this forum.
Regards
Raman

Re: HOLD UP (JOKE)
Dear Ramann,
A serious Doctor can make the patient more serious and feel negative but a jolly Doctor, tallking with full confidence, assurance and mixing with you like your own elder Brother will reduce 50% of your pain. That is it is said life is not all seriousness. Saturn teaches that and Apollo reduces the affect of serioness. So life is a mixture of both. You took the joke in the way you think but again look at the hits against the same joke as compared to other jokes.
Anyway I have stopped posting them totally.

Hi Pravin,
I agree that humor and laughter is healthy and healing.
Yet, in an international forum like this one, it is difficult to know the difference between what might be humorous to one person and offensive to another.
Personally, I find this joke very unfunny. Am I to laugh that someone gets shot? Because of his rank or because he is mentally challenged? Who are these three men?.... political figures...?
Many of the other jokes that ridicule women as wives that you have posted are not funny at all to most women. The "here, take my wife..............please!" jokes ceased to be funny to many of us long ago.
