This question would be best posed to Martijn who is a psychologist by profession, I think.

conscious, subconscious and super conscious mind
GENERAL LAWS OF THE MIND
1.The super conscious is real only with great concentration and the state of union.
2. The conscious mind governs: organs of action , senses some what like voluntary muscles and operations of the body--taste,touch,smell, sight, etc.
3.The conscious operates from sleep to sleep.
4. The conscious mind tries to follow reality in life, under great calamities sometimes, wants to follow truth.
5.The conscious mind increases with proper training, education, and good environment. It decreases with the opposite.
6. The conscious mind uses forces of induction and deduction; perception and inference; analysis and synthesis; logic and philosophy; science and art.
7. The conscious mind wishes to be master of matter and spirit.
8. The conscious mind is the waking mind and the mind activities.
9.The conscious mind preforms daily work and is a broadcasting station.
10.It has full freedom to select divine or carnal, any path , idea or suggestion.
11. The conscious mind has limitless power hence it performs every action.
12.The conscious cannot remember everything at the same time. The subconscious mind stores the past and it is limited and imperfect. It remembers according to the state of the central nervous system. When the nervous system is damaged, it can forget everything even ones name.
1. The å is divided into three divisions; the subtle;subtler; and the subtlest.
2. All involuntary functions of the body are run by the sub. con. mind heart , lungs , glands, etc.
3. the sub. con. mind works all the time even during a coma.
4.During pain when the sub. con. takes over it is called uncons cious .
5.The sub. conscious mind is the eternal storehouse of all memories and it projects them through conscious , waking, dreaming and deep sleep states.
6. The sub con. mind has total control over all functions and sensations in the body.
7. The conscious mind is amenable to all suggestion -mental -verbal-or enviromental--if given properly.
8. Dream and sound sleep are special states of sub. con.
9.The sub. con. mind will react according to the intensity, amount and degree of suggestion. If strong --the reaction is strong -- dormant-reaction is no action.
10 .The subconscious mind is without name, form, and personality, while the conscious mind has a name ,form and personality. The sub. con. mind works like God and does not demand a reward, while the conscious mind works like man and does not want to do anything without reward and remuneration.
11. When these two minds meet and blend we have the super-conscious mind.
12. The super con. is total clarity, knowledge and joy. This state is only manifest through all levels of concentration. All states of mind dance on this super state. This is the fundamental substance for all states.

Sorry Anand, I hadn't noticed your question until now.
Can you share a passage from Wolff's work to illustrate where you are struggle with her terminology?
PS. In most cases one can safely read the word 'subconscious' as: (usually) not conscious - though the meaning of the word 'conscious' often depends on it's context; for example: int the Psychoanalytic literature it has a different meaning than in New Age atmosphere (obviously, Wolff's terminology has been written in a psychoanalytic context).
