It looks like an excellent program but it is available only in the UK
In principle, the attendees of TED experiment were more or less clueless about how much an ox would weigh, whereas the Galton case they knew more or less how much such an ox could possibly weigh. In my case you only know my height (which may have been a mistake giving off) and my picture that I am slim. PM's may have been better too. Nevertheless, let's give a try!

In principle the answer is no. It could be that while someone is unconscious they may have better access to the subconscious. Consciousness and its associated states are tricky to define. Many books have been written on the subject.
