Yes, hand length has a high correlation with body height; various studies revealed that this correlation is close to 0.70 (when male and females are seperately studied), and by average hand length is often close to about 11.5% of body height (but may vary from 10% to 14%), see:

But the variation in individuals is quite large, so despite these correlations one can not assess stature reliably from hand length in an individual - despite that studies of course do present rather high correlations.

PS. By the way, maybe it would be interesting for other members to hear a bit more regarding the purpose of your question: where does your question origin from?
Also, even combining hand length with foot length may turn out not to present much better results for predicting stature (body height); in the following study from Nigeria the correlation is below 0.70 see:

Thanks for your Input. I have taken some data it is varies form 9 times to 10.5 time of length of the palm from Bracelet to tip of middle finger.
