Hi,
I was reading the page of this book in books.google.com:
The Book of the Hand: A Complete Grammar of Palmistry for the Study of Hands ... By Katharine St Hill
Found it very interesting. Has anybody read it here? What is your feedback?

Re: Review on The Book of the Hand: A Complete Grammar of Palmistry for the Study of Hands
I read it a long time ago. I have her book "Medical Palmistry". BUT... I can't comment because I have no memory of either of them! Would be interested to hear anyone's feedback, as Katharine St Hill was one of the original founders of Chirological Society.

Hy Lynn and Kiran,
I have this book, but I have only read some captures:
The content are solid basics in typically 1900's style. The most interested passages for me were that about marriage lines comparing that of the both hands.
I disagree her time scale of the Saturn line. Therefore I also disagree the time scale of the Saturn line in the book of Yasuto Nishitani ("Palmistry revolution"), too, that was resently discussed here.
I hope you had a good jump in a lucky 2013, though the town clock was wrong.
With best wishes
Manfred

Thank you Manfred. I am going thru some free pages of the book from books.google.com. I liked her descriptions and very importantly, I liked her efforts in discriminating diff energies represented by diff. parameters of the palm. For ex: how is Venus mount's indicator are different than heart line.
Yes, I had a great jump nearing 2013 and also a memorable transition to 2013 at London eye fireworks celebration(live)
