What William G. Benham book editions?
I'd like to buy one of William G. Benham books but cannot decide whether to opt for 'The laws of scientific hand reading' or The Benham book of palmistry'. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks

'The Benham book of palmistry' is a re-print of 'The laws of scientific hand reading' . I think they have the same content.

Thank you Lynn.Lynn wrote:'The Benham book of palmistry' is a re-print of 'The laws of scientific hand reading' . I think they have the same content.
I’ve noticed that the first edition ‘The scientific laws of hand reading’ is an pprox. 600-pp. book whereas the latest edition ‘The Benham book of palmistry’ is apprx. 300 pp.
I was wondering what are the cut off 300 pp. (will I miss anything of some interest?)
Still, is the latest a revised edition by some other authors?
This might sounds a bit of meticulous, but (unfortunately?) it’s what I am.

Re: What William G. Benham book editions?
ah Emma, yes now I notice there are other editions with fewer pages, eg "The Benham Book of Palmistry: The Essential Work."
My copy of 'Benham Book of Palmistry' has 635 pages, 800 illustrations. Newcastle Publishing 1988.
http://www.amazon.com/Benham-Palmistry-Newcastle-Metaphysical-Classic/dp/0878771379
The original "Laws of Scientific Hand reading" is available online, tho the pictures are not good quality
