Hello woodwater,
Assuming that you have measured the length of your fingers correctly (via the creases at the bottom of each finger on the palmar side of the hand - see picture below), your numbers reveal a very feminine ratio:
Right hand: 7.2/7.0 = 1.028
Left hand: 7.4/6.8 = 1.088
PS. I should add here that you left hand measurment suggest that your measurement attempt might not have been successful, because a digit ratio above 1.08 is actually quite unusual (though it not impossible).

The 6.8 in left hand is actually 6.9
