Kindly refer following from "Modern Palmistry" by Sasha Fenton and Melcolm Wright
Chapter-11 Marks pg-155:
"SQUARES: A SQUARE IS LIKE A FENCE AROUND A BUILDING. IT PROTECTS IT BUT IT ALSO RESTRICTS FREE PASSAGE, SO A SQUARE CAN INDICATE A MIRACULOUS ESCAPE FROM DANGER OR, ON THE OTHER HAND , SADNESS AND FRUSTRATION.
A SQUARE ON THE LIFE LINE SHOWS RECOVERY FROM DANGER AND SICKNESS. WHEN ON THE HEAD LINE IT CAN PROTECT THE HEAD AND UPPER BODY FROM DANGER."
