Need Help Understanding What My Hands Say

Hi guys,
I've made a few posts already, but the pic weren't very good.. was hoping to get some insight to the fate line and the lines under my saturn finger on my right hand.
I feel like there are a lot of lines on my hands, and some may be negative...
I recently decided to change my career path (I'm 31). I've suffered quite a few disappointments with my love life and with my family in general. Really looking to God these days for more guidance as I feel a bit confused about which route I should take.
Any insight would be truly appreciated. Thank you in advance!!

Repost your palm images with the thumb held wide apart and the palm flat and open.
