How to take hand measurements from your computerscreen?
At this forum In some discussions we are are talking about 'finger length' & 'hand shape' measurments taken from photos and/or handprints. Often these are taken from a computerscreen.
But before making measurements from your computerscreen, you should first check if your computerscreen might need a re-callibration!!
Your computerscreen only doesn't need a re-callibration when the 'square' below displays as a PERFECT SQUARE:
PS. Re-callibration can (usually) only be done via the buttons on your monitor.

and you have to measure it to be sure!
It appears square to me.... but when I measure it is 13.3cm x 11 cm
I think my eyes need re-calibrating

Re: How to take hand measurements from your computerscreen?

Well Lynn, maybe you should better first start implementing the re-callibration to your computerscreen. And just in case afterwards the 'perfect square' has suddenly become a 'rectangle' (in your eyes only), then you might indeed need a little more additional re-callibration.
