Yes, well is it not that coming from the luna, this means only from where the relationship stemmed from.. ie: family circle of friends, vs the wider public realm.

It often denotes an outside influence to career and can also be seen as positive at the age where it reaches the fate line, this time could have actually been the time her career kicked off due to outside help (other than family), an influence line from the thumb would be family or self help.

I find second head line, beginning later, after a kind of break of the upper head line under the Saturn finger. The lower head line - Persophone line - is falling deeply down to the lover moon.
