Career Crossroad - Read my hands

Hi all.
i'm David, 38 years, married+1 little baby.
Lately I have some conflicts and thoughts about my work.
i work as an Employeed architect for 10 years ( different firms) and thinking to go to a Independent path. I'm aware to the difficulties but i feel that it should happen some day, don't know when yet..
At the moment trying to make a living for my dear family with thoughts of self fulfillment.
Please read my plams for some helpful advices.

photos should be straight with palm facing the reader like in the scanned version.
