A CRY FOR HELP
Greteengs to everybody,
I have a big problem with my palms... Since I saw on the internet that a break in a life line means something bad (but its not always bad, sometimes its Just a change) , I became Very anxious and desturbed, and very very scared, because I have small breaks in life line in both my palms... (On the right palm its very hard to even see a break). Even though I thik these breaks meen something that already happen to me few years ago, when I was 25-27,when I had health issues, still Iam non stop worring looking at my palms... Iam 32. now, mother of 3..
Can somebody please tell me are mine life lines good? Are this breaks behind me, because Iam 32 yrs old? I need your help so I can relax and injoy life. Thank you alot

Concerned for your mental well-being. Please seek the help of a professinal.
Hi there. Very concerned by your "cry for help" subject line. That is verbiage often used by people who feel out of options and may be suicidal. Given that you are are waking up to daily anxiety, and require pills, the best option is to discuss your concerns with a trained mental health professional. While hand analysis is a powerful tool, it should never be used as a replacement for treatment or care. If your current treatment plan isn't getting results, it might be a good idea to go back to your doctor and get a referral for another therapist or ask them to recommend a support group. Wishing you peace. Best, K

Re: A CRY FOR HELP
Really, your lines are fine! Yes I see a small change in the left hand lifeline around mid to late 20's, maybe health / change in lifestyle / feeling isolated / torn in 2 directions. But that is in the past (even if it still affects you in some way), they are both good quality lines. Please try not to worry about it, because there is nothing to worry about! Maybe you have some other anxieties that you are projecting onto your lines, perhaps try to meditate to find out the source of your anxiety. Your lines are good!
