The problem with being good at many things is that you end up doing none of them well. If you can follow a career that will bring you an income, it gives you a solid foundation for your future. There's nothing wrong with having sideline work, hobbies etc that can eventually lead to a career as well. Politics, for example, is something that you can begin in your spare time and still earn your diploma. You probably don't have much longer with the diploma, you may as well finish it? Just remember that poetry, art, and music very rarely brings an income unless you are already a talented musician and somehow manage to find fame, it's a tough and competitive area to get into. But nothing stopping you from doing it as a hobby part-time and see what happens.

Hi Looks like you aspire to go abroad and study
Do you have headaches.
Was there something at around age 20 that affected your thinking a lot/or a period when you were very stressed and unsure.
You seem have a high self esteem/pride.
You could believe in quick action rather than going in depth.
At this moment you are not clear on what to do and that may lead to dissatisfaction.

I would say to "yes" a major extent. It's a debatable topic and absolute control is not required to keep us grounded.
