Lines are not clear at all
Hello!
I have really weird lines. Not many are clear lines, they are like chains. A lot of lines I don't have, only if i'm near the light and maybe find it, still not sure if it's the right line. And all of my lines are also very light. I've tried to read, but it makes me nervous cause my lines don't match with characteristics.. at all.
Please help?
*Sorry about my English

Hello Kiaz,
Since you have hands with a fine texture, it may be a good idea to make ink prints and upload them if you can. Photos are good, too, if they are of the quality to pick up the fine details.

Re: Lines are not clear at all
hello kiaz, can I ask - how old are you? Your lines have the look I've often seen on young people's hands, which I call 'teenage angst' - a general nervousness & tension. Although your hands look as if you may be a bit older, maybe in your mid-twenties rather than teenage? Learning self- acceptance, that it is Ok to be YOU! can help to calm the lines down. If you are young, it will happen automatically as you get older.
Are you eating properly? Make sure you are eating enough and getting all the right vitamins & minerals.
It seems you worry a lot about what people think, and get very nervous and anxious. Anything like breathing exercises & relaxation can help.
(edit ) PS I just saw your other post. You already answered my question about your age, and you explained why some of the stress is showing on your hands!
"I am 21 year old female, right handed. I'm having a big dilemma what to do in my life."
Don't worry, having chains and ill-defined lines is partly 'normal' at your age and partly because you are under some stress. When I get chance I will look at the other thread, I hope others are able to help you.
PS - welcome to the forum kiaz!

Thank you very much Lynn!! I really appreciate it. I am having a bit stress lately (for a year or more) and i'm learning how to cope with this, how to find my inner peace even if i'm having lots of things that bother me. Again big-big thank you!
