4 Phalanges in index fingers and thumbs.
Hello Everyone,
I hope all are doing well. I have a question, what does four phalanges in index fingers and thumbs of both the hands mean? along with this i have a very good luck line/fate line in right hand but its almost no where in left hand. with that i have around half inch gap between my life, brain and heart lines. i know a bit about it but i am desperate to know about the phalanges.
Thank you
Sonia

hi Sonia, welcome to the forum
Four phalanges on thumb would be unusual! Do you have photos?
here are discussions about extra inter-phalangeal creases on fingers

Re: 4 Phalanges in index fingers and thumbs.
On Index Finger you have only 3 phalanges. The extra line on the finger is a horizontal crease dividing the qualities of that phalange. Even on the thumb there is an extra crease and no extra phalange. Wherever there is a phalange you will find the finger bending up/down at that particular point.
