HOW I IMPROVED MY EYESIGHT

I have been reading the Book "The Power of the Subconscious Mind" By Dr.Joseph Murphy and followed certain instructions over there. I am over 68. In seven days the spectacle I was using for reading was working fine and now since last 5/6 days I feel a strain in the eye. So I went for the eye check up and now find the number reduced and my far vision totally normal.

Yes Pravin our mind is the most powerful part . I advice certain Hand Mudras to my clients and they find improvement in their Nervous system .

To each his own way of healing. I tried Mudra for almost 2 years with no result. There is one person who keeps every Thursday for so many clients who have to take coupons and sit in his huge house to get guidance of which mudra to do. He does it free. I got no result though my sister is very happy. Then I went to another person who charges a huge sum but since his son and my son are very close friends since several years, he too taught me mudra but I could not profit it. I happened to try the method given in the book and it is psychologically correct for everything happens through Sub Conscious mind. All habits are formed or broken when one reaches subconscious mind.
