Two day back I had another eye check up and now the near eyesight has improved by .5 and further about 2 yeas back I could walk 6 kms. in 1 hour 10 minutes fast morning walk. Now I do it in almost less than an hour and that I feel quite fresh after that and not so much short of breath.
