Re: the hands and the past ?
As per some old palmist passive hand, which may be generally left hand, it represents past and some take it as what goes on in your subconscious mind. By past I mean in this life when you were young.

left hand means past the past we carry from past lives since in the Dayayand Verma book all the Secret of palmistry its written that our lines are related to our genes they show most in our passive hands of course it is sub conscious mind.

I just don't understand something : I have seen that my hands got lines, when I was a baby, I have seen that on photos. How comes that I had lines, if the lines of left hand represent the childhood ? Because I read somewhere on Internet that babies don't have lines, their lines dont appear before a certain age.

Hello chiromancy lover,
Babies do have lines. Actually, the major lines start developing before birth.
By the way, the idea that the left hand represents the past is basically an expression of folklore. Even though the major lines usually do not change much during a lifetime (though they often do tend to develop longer very slowly in time), minor lines can become manifest and disappear in time.
There is basically zero evidence for the idea that the left hand represents the past and the right hand the future. It's basically just a superstitious myth based on pseudoscientific believes related to the brains.
In general I prefer to advice people to study both hands together as a pair and not separately.
