Re: traingles on head line - good?
What is your age and with which hand do you write and what is your main question? I think I have read this palm before too.

I do not see any independent triangle on the head line.

Well observed Pravin, I can confirm that there are no triangles on the head line... all we see are various crossing lines with the central point located above and below the head line, but these do not make any independent triangles.

Hello april,
Sorry, a 'triangle' is required to stand on it's own; triangular constellations made out of crossing lines should not get associated to represent a triangle... simply because that would not make any sense in the perspective of how energy works. Therefore I can not confirm that there any triangles near your head lines.
Often the human mind tends to see 'shapes' that are not really there... just like people can see anything from the shapes in the clouds, etc.
Re: traingles on head line - good?
Triangle and Star have to be independent and should be formed without any help from any main line. And only then you will experience the positiveness of these indications.

I have a question, if you don't mind. So if a line splits from the head line and that line forms a star, does that count as a true star? Since the offshoot is really an auxiliary line and not the main one?

Post the respective hand prints. If it is a star it will have a counter effect somewhere in the palm.
