I never hold the fingers so tight.
But, also not as in the direction of red lines. But, in between, somewhere tending towards red lines.
However, what you have written about the positioning matches to me. It indeed was the case. The responsibilities made me to standup in life.

One of the ways to pick up on what other people are feeling is to try to hold your hands like they are holding theirs. It's not always easy. So what is a natural relaxed position for one person can cause another to just about get cramps in their fingers just trying to pose them.
I'm unable to lean my little and ring fingers without also leaning the middle finger.
