"The Good, The Bad & The Ugly" Judgement in Readings
This topic is in response to Stalin's remarks in another topic:
Stalin,
I think we all have the option of wearing two masks. Our happy face and our sad/angry face. Survival or success in life and relationships depends on knowing when to have a 'poker face' and try to hide what we're feeling inside.
You are quite right about the robber. I often joke that I could go into a prison and read the most hardened criminals and find good qualities in them, telling them how good they are at what they do (except they got caught
).
Years ago, a friend of mine went with some friends to a local psychic for a reading. One girl asked about when she would get married. The reader, Madame Lena, I think she called herself, told her she wouldn't get married because she would die young. The girl went home and took her life. The reader was right. I think the reader has blood on her hands for this sort of reading.
I think people who take on the responsibility of being a reader/adviser should realize the power of their words. Taking control and influence over the person who has come for advice is unethical and irresponsible.
Prophecies can become self-fulfilling.
If we see negativity in people's hands instead of warning them of doom and gloom ahead, we should point out a correct path that could help them avoid disasters.
Telling people bad things about themselves, just so the reader can boast about how much they know their stuff, is just plain wrong! It is not a helpful reading, it is instead a 'power trip'.

However, i wonder that whether 'Noone knows where to find out the jealous part in hand'. When i give negative reading to members, you peoples trying to confront me.. but it is hilarious to know that most of the palmists avoid knowing how to read the negative aspects of one man through palmistry. . . For sure, majority of human have evil and devil nature. . . They are been just hiding their inner face through the so called social mask called 'personality'. but i am damn sure that if a robber post his palm in this forum also, you peoples will gladly advice to improve his business via encourage him, as you peoples cannot predict his real job. funny![]()

patti, your arguements make no sense to me. What wrong with you if i rightly identify a prostitute, murderers, robber, sexual offences, suicidal aspects. . . By the way so far i have not predicted future tragic events to anyone . . . Rather , to confirm my prediction right i first do predict their past life events and experiences.. Their life can be of so called 'ugliest' or 'beautiful'. . . i dont bother as to keep myself free from prejuidice . . . we have discussed long before the hands of homosexuals and prostitutes too with examples. . so, incase if i come across such cases, i dont have block to predict their past life. . . in fact this part of right prediction about their past only make the person believe in palmistry and the part of verifying the truth of palmistry happens . . But giving simple advices for their life has no requirement of art and science. A mother , father, teachers can well understand one's psychologically and they can obviously give better advice than character reading palmists. but a role of palmist is more than that. . . Beware that patti.. thats why palmistry is consider as pseudo science in all western countries still

Good Post- Stalin
Hi Patti and Stalin
This is not true that we palmist do not tell people about their weaknesses. In sue forum, I recall reading on one of the post that the lady would have been imprisoned for her wrong doings . And this was confirmed.
So many police officers I have bluntly told in Asia, that their hand clearly shows that they will be highly corrupt and will have to pay a price for it, if they don't change.
Many women after seeing their hands within minutes , I have told them about their extracurricular activities .
Negative contents are therefore revealed, but is done more subtly and not openly.
It is a mediocre world. Rarely does one come across a genius and hence there is no shame in advising people to move from mediocrity to excellence by hard work and diligence.

Hi Atul! Good to see you!
Although this isn't a generalized statement, I also have noticed that a good many police officers are simply on the legal side of the same situation as criminals. Like polarities and like the 'fine line between sane and insane, I think there's sometimes a fine line between the law breakers and the law enforcers.
Yes, the key is "subtly and not openly"! It's not a negative when the person already knows their own behavior and a mirror is held up for them to see, as well as seeing the damage it has done to their lives. The negative is when the reader is 'judgemental'.

Thx
Hi Patti
Thx and nice to see you too.
You are right that there is a very fine line dividing the law enforcers to the law breakers. Egypt is once such case, where the lawlessness of the police has bought the dictator down and now the same police is trying to show another face to the public, after years and years of brutality. The secret police in most middle east countries is still doing the same. However, this is rampant across the third world, where the law enforcers consider themselves above law.
Anyway, it would be nice to get pictures of such law enforcers, who actually went in to abuse the law.

Re: "The Good, The Bad & The Ugly" Judgement in Readings
hi Mr. Guglani.
People do take a palmist very seriously and a palmist is on a strong position to influence a person good or bad. Its sad that some people waste this opportunity of making strangers friend and a chance to help them.
People post their pictures of hand to have helping advise and we should give them solutions instead of telling the problems which most of the time they already know.

Indeed, words need to be chosen carefully.
The man's first sign was asking for pity. The revised sign was sharing with the world his pain, but not asking for help. Isn't it interesting that people are more inclined to help someone if they are not asked to do so.
Thanks Waqar.An
