Can you help me read this palm?

Can anyone help read this palm?
From what I see, it looks like there is a fish at the bottom of the fate line. There are too many lines at the bottom of the fate line for me to understand what is going on.
It looks like there will be health issues. I see failed relationships. What do the verticle lines on the mount of mercury mean? From my readings they don't look like children lines.
Any assistance is appreciated.

post left hand closeup up also. I think you have used flash. Take closeup of both palms in natural light.

No these are not lines of children on Mercury but there is trident which gives good health
