Yes. One of the earliest books is called "Finger Prints, Palms & Soles" by Cummins & Midlo. Many other research books include the prints of the soles.
I have a book on reading feet in my collection, but I've only glanced through it. "The Foot Path to Self Discovery" by Avi Grinburg
It doesn't mention the dermatoglyphics, though.
