I would be greatful to get any reading of my palm lines.
I’m a 37 year old female
Right handed(dominant hand)
5 ft 6’ height

Right hand(dominant hand)

Left hand( non-dominant hand)

Also, I’m slightly Manglik and am married to a non mangalik. my parents were not aware as one Pandit ji said that I’mmanglik but the other one, upon going through my birth chart said that I’m non- mangalik. But a few years back a Pandit ji said that I’m slightly mangalik. So now I’m confused. My marriage is very good. Do you see anything bad related to my marriage in future? ( mangalik and married to non mangalik has got me a bit concerned) any insight would be helpful.

When everything is good why bother. There are so many conditions that help reduce the effect of Mangalik person. You seem to be manglik. Being Manglik is one thing but if you have Saturn in your wife's chart at the same number it nullifes the effect of Mangal. If you have Jupitor aspecting Mangal then too it reduces the efffect of Mangal to 0. There are many other combinations which nullifies the effect of Mangal. Mangal being in water house can do no harm and Neechka Mangal can do nothing and if the Mangal is weak upto 2 degrees or 28 or 29 degrees then too it cannot do any harm.

Foreign settlement not likely seen in your hands.
Even if you settle in a foreign country - you will be closely knitted in a community of own homeland and will not be exposed to foreign culture.

Your career is unchanging - meaning whatever career you have chosen now will stay forever.
You could be in teaching, consultation, advisory career. Or in healing arts.

Your mental stability is shaky currently - however, it becomes fine and okay towards the latter years of your life.
Same is with your emotional or heart matters

I am sure you must be dreaming mansion outside your birth country.
Most probably your dream will come true.
I think you may settle out in other country than birth but you will keep on connected with your family.
Especially you parents.
You may have difference of opinion with your parents. Which brings a gap in relationship.I am not able to enlarge palm image that is why I can't comment much. However, there are high possibility of settling out of birth country. The only thing causing problem is; you. You are still double minded. As per your lines, you want to get citizenship of other country but not putting your 100%.

Well as per hand you are not manglik so your wedding with non Manglik wife will work since i believe more on hand as it does not have time confusions . now health should be good fte ine is good so eduction seems good . so chill and enjoy
