That is amazing!
Since palmistry itself isn't really a mainstream subject, can you tell what page(s) pull this huge inflow of visitors? Is it from a particular day or days where an attractive topic heading is in the suggested links below?

Out of 18,000 visitors, who cannot read pages requiring logging in, only about 130 actual people signed into the forum in this same time period. Many signed in once in the past 30 days.

I would imagine there is a page or pages that will reflect an abnormal skyrocketing hits in comparison to others.

Good job on getting the forum noticed in the mainstream.

Yes, I can specify these numbers a little bit more:
- 133 members have signed in between october 1 and today (but probably quite some of the 1085+ members probably have visited the forum without signing in)


Additionally I can specify the numbers a little bit more with my Google analytics account for the month october:

In total the forum generated 40.300 unique pageviews, including:

* 3.802 unique pageviews concerning the forum's homepage.

* And the following 5 topics & forum sections have attracted the most visitors - in terms of pageviews:
- http://www.modernhandreadingforum.com/t324-love-marriage-indicative-lines (1263 unique pageviews)
- http://www.modernhandreadingforum.com/t326-famous-simian-lines-which-famous-persons-have-a-simian-line (949 unique pageviews)
- http://www.modernhandreadingforum.com/t159-jeremy-beadle-s-hands-king-of-jokes-had-a-small-little-baby-hand-poland-syndrome (877 unique pageviews)
- http://www.modernhandreadingforum.com/t514-hrithik-roshan-s-hands-about-the-double-thumb-of-his-right-hand-now-at-madame-tussauds (766 unique pageviews)- http://www.modernhandreadingforum.com/f10-iib-ask-one-or-more-specified-questions-about-your-hands (611 unique pageviews)

Which implicates that the homepage + these 5 topics generates about 20% of all visitor activity.


And finally I can report that 23% of the visits relate to people who have visited the forum at least 2 times in october, and 7% of the visits relate to people who have visited 50+ times in october.

I can report that the growth of our forum continued in november:
18.882 absolutely unique visitors.


PS. Also, interesting to see that the no. of new members was in november higher than ever before: 89 new members (an average of almost 3 new members per day).

A brief update:

In the early days of january 2012 the forum statistics show 2 3 days with 800+ unique visitors (in 2011 there were only 3 likewise days), and the average number of daily visitors has arrived in 2012 at 700+.



EDIT: Just edited the number of days, because january 17 ended at almost 900 unique visitors.

Yesterday the forum welcomed more visitors than ever before counting 1.297 unique visitors.

And... the january 2012 was the best month so far: counting 22.821 unique visitors - a growth of +142% compared to january 2011!!!

February 2012 became by far the best month so far: counting 25.996 unique visitors,
a growth of +14% compared to january 2012. And during the past 3 days visitor numbers peaked every day above 1000!!!.

Its really good.The statistics are on all time high..

But can we have statistics of what the visitors are looking for like the statistics of the pages viewed.Bifurcation of the parts of the forum these visitors look into.

Also uploading images are some what difficult.Can we make it more user friendly?

Also can we have a very brief feedback from visitors for the areas of improvement without any mandatory requirement of email and other details.Or what made the visitor visit this page.

hi Raman, regarding statistics of the pages viewed - when you are logged in you can see 'members only tools' at top left of screen, you can click on 'most active and viewed topics'.
